Alexis Castleman – Graduated 2015 from Riverdale / University of Memphis
Attended and played two seasons at University of Memphis from 2017-2019; prior to transferring from Dyersburg State Community College where she played 2 seasons, where she was named a TCCAA First-Team All-Conference in 2016. Two-year letter-winner for Riverdale. Helped lead Riverdale to two 7-AAA District Championships. Madison Woodruff – Graduated 2015 from Riverdale / Cumberland University 
Attended and played softball at Cumberland University; prior to transferring from Motlow State Community College. Three-year letter-winner for Riverdale. Named the District 7-AAA Softball MVP (2015) after hitting .457 with eight home runs, 13 doubles and a team-high 47 RBIs. Katie Brown – Graduated 2012 from Riverdale / Middle Tennessee State University
Attended and played two season at MTSU from 2012-2014. Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School. As a senior she batted .368 with 40 RBIs, 52 runs scored, collected 56 hits, including 12 doubles, with a .464 on-base percentage with 25 walks & had a 1.000 fielding percentage. Rachel Albritton – Graduated 2012 from Riverdale / University of Tennessee – Chattanooga
Attended and played two seasons at University of Tennessee – Chattanooga from 2012-2014. Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School. Helped lead Riverdale to the 2009 TSSAA Class AAA State Tournament each season and captured the Championship her freshman season. She was a two-time TSWA All-State Team (2011 & 2010); two-time Middle Tennessee Coaches Association 3-AAA First Team (2011 & 2010); and two-time DNJ Player of the Year and MVP (2011 & 2010). Megan Kelly – Graduated 2011 from Riverdale / Cumberland University (TN)
Attended and played at Cumberland University for head coach Heather Stanfill from 2012-2014; prior to transferring from Tennessee Tech University. Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School. She posted a career .326 batting average for the Warriors under head coach Jeff Breeden. Riverdale won a state championship during Kelley’s sophomore season in 2009 before finishing third in 2010 and 2011. Brittany Pendergrast – Graduated 2010 from Riverdale / Middle Tennessee State University
Attended and played one season at MTSU being red-shirted due to injury her sophomore year, prior to transferring from Trevecca Nazarene University after her freshman year from 2011-2012. Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School. Helped lead Riverdale to the 2009 TSSAA Class AAA State Championship her junior season and a 3rd place finish in senior year at the TSSAA 3A State Championships in 2010. Earned District 7-AAA All-District (2010 and 2009) and was named District 7-AAA All-Tournament team (2010). Named to the Middle Tennessee Coaches Association 2010 All-Midstate Team. Alice O’Brien – Graduated 2009 from Riverdale / University of Kentucky
Attended and played four seasons at University of Kentucky from 2009 to 2013; graduating in 2013. Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School. Helped lead Riverdale to the 2009 TSSAA Class AAA State Championship her senior season. Batted .377 hitting lead off during her senior campaign. Drove in 17 RBI and had 14 doubles, four home runs and 18 stolen bases. Was a two-time All-State selection. Broke Riverdale’s single-season home run record with 14 bombs in her junior season. A four-time District 7-AAA All-District award winner & two-time District 7-AAA Softball Most Valuable Player.

Attended and played at Trevecca Nazarene University from 2012-2013; prior to transferring from University of Tennessee-Martin where she played 1 seasons. She was a Daily News Journal All-Area team selection three times and was also an All-District and All-Tournament team selection. She helped lead the Lady Warriors to four straight district championships from 2006-09 and a Region Championship in 2008. She was a member of the team’s 2009 TSSAA State AAA Championship.

Cat (Hosfield) Fritts – Graduated 2008 from Riverdale / University of Tennessee
Attended and played four seasons at University of Tennessee from 2008 to 2012; graduating in 2012. Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School. Standout Pitcher at Riverdale High School who made a name for herself on both the local and national level for her amazing efforts from the circle. She was chosen as the National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) National High School Player of the Year in 2008 despite missing a majority of the year with an injury. During her senior campaign, Hosfield tallied a 9-1 record, a 0.26 ERA and 124 strikeouts in 54.2 innings with a K-per-seven inning ratio of 15.9.  Was chosen as one of Sports Illustrated “Faces in the Crowd” on September 8, 2008.  During her sophomore campaign she posted a 36-5 record, 0.35 ERA, 497 Ks in 241 IP, and hit .373 with 23 RBIs. Angelica (Wade) Mcclerkin – Graduated 2006 from Riverdale / Mississippi Valley State University
Attended and played four seasons at Mississippi Valley State University from 2006 to 2010. Three-time all-state selection. Wade batted .405 as a senior from the lead-off position with 37 runs batted in. She slammed 12 doubles and five triples. She also stole 27 bases.


Darci (Gilbert) King – Graduated 2006 from Riverdale / East Tennessee State University
Attended and played four seasons at East Tennessee State University from 2006 to 2010.
Four-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School and played pitcher, infield and outfield positions and posted a 95-15 (.864) record in her final two seasons. Named District 7-AAA MVP (2005); District 7-AAA Pitcher of the Year (2003) and All-County Team (2005).

Attended and played one season at Lipscomb University from 2005-2006. After taking time off from 2007-09, Catalano played one season at Motlow State Community College from 2010-2011; then transferred to Union College in 2011 where she graduated finished her career. Two-year letter-winner for Coach Jeff Breeden at Riverdale High School from 2003 to 2005 prior to transferring from Coffee County Central High School. During her senior year she was 24-4 with a 0.32 ERA, 301 strikeouts, three no-hitters and five one-hitters for the Warriors.

Attended and played Softball at Middle Tennessee State University from 2003 to 2007. Standout three-sport athlete at Riverdale High School in Softball, Basketball, and Volleyball. Named District 7-AAA All-District, All-Region and All-State (2002). Earned Murfreesboro DNJ Female Athlete of the Year (2002). Named Offensive Softball Player of the Year (2002). Recorded the longest hitting streak in Riverdale history with 33 consecutive games. In 2002 had a .482 batting average with 24 RBI and two HR. In basketball she was named All-District (2002 & 2001) and All-Region (2002).
