Kaylee Hewitt had all the right stuff on Monday for Riverdale Warriors Varsity, allowing zero runs and besting Oakland by a score of 14-0
Lauren Hosford collected four hits in four at bats to help lead Riverdale Warriors Varsity to victory. Hosford singled in the second, singled in the third, singled in the fifth, and doubled in the sixth.
In the first inning, Riverdale Warriors Varsity got their offense started. Riverdale Warriors Varsity scored one run when Sydney Williams singled.
Riverdale Warriors Varsity notched six runs in the sixth inning. Hosford, Brooklynn Ott, and Sami Cenizal each had RBIs in the frame.
One bright spot for Oakland was a single by Reagan Bogle in the second inning.
